We are currently looking for:

Website Business Support Specialist

In this position you will deal with:

  • Execute a high level of support to defined markets and stakeholders concerning website operations as a single point of contact.
  • Act as a superior coordinator within the current support model, which allows increased customer and service quality.
  • Evaluate and pre-qualify market queries.
  • Directly resolve frontend and backend issues or route them to correct support groups.
  • Handle communication with markets in terms of supporting relevant topics and status of error resolution.
  • Create and continuously maintain an overview of tickets and their statuses.
  • Prepare documentation about new digital website platform functionalities.
  • Host knowledge Transfer Sessions across all support levels.
  • Occasionally, perform reporting analysis.
  • Ensure continuous improvement regarding tool utilization and collaboration processes.
  • Work in shifts between 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM.

 

In your work you will use programmes/technologies such as:

What is important for us?

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the area of digital platforms, preferably in the field of web operations and content management systems.
  • Experience in international and intercultural collaboration.
  • Understanding of digital infrastructures, as well as website rollout, maintenance and support.
  • Very good command of English - a must-have (B2 - C1).
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM6) or other CMS.
  • Knowledge of Adobe (AEM) Forms, Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) and Workfront tools is an advantage.
  • University degree in Information technology, Business Informatics, Business Management/Economics or comparable.
  • High enthusiasm for modern technologies and analysis tools.
